Common questions
What kinds of technology projects do you take on?
We work on anything that combines hardware and electronics—custom control boards, sensor systems, power distribution units, communication gateways, and specialized enclosures. If it needs a circuit and a chassis, we can help.
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary with complexity. A simple prototype can be ready in two to three weeks, while a fully qualified production design may take eight to twelve weeks. We give you a clear schedule after the discovery call.
Do I need to supply my own components?
No. We source all parts based on the approved bill of materials. If you have preferred suppliers or specific parts you must use, let us know and we’ll incorporate them.
What sort of testing do you perform?
Each prototype undergoes functional checks, thermal cycling, vibration, and electrical stress testing. For production runs we add inspection steps such as automated optical imaging and in‑circuit testing to catch defects early.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We can build a single prototype for validation. For production we recommend a minimum of 50 units to keep setup costs reasonable, but we’ll discuss options that fit your budget.
